If we keep the same formula of win a game lose a game, we got this shite.

I think we replay the Florida game or the Auburn game.

Nah VT's run defense isn't even close to being good enough to shut the offense down like Auburn did

ftr I think we still lose

We probably lose

VT: offense: 38th defense :19th

Arkansas: offense: 50th defense: 75th

VT has a big mobile qb.

If we were playing them next week then I would probably agree but Bert has done a good job overall when he gets time to prepare. This will be by far his toughest bowl match up though.

True.

His bowl record here is a bit of a facade, given that our two wins came against one of the worst teams in Texas history and an overachieving KState team with no QB (though we did all we could to blow that game via one special teams disaster after another).

This will be his first bowl matchup against a markedly superior opponent, though I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around Virginia Tech this year.

Our last 2 bowls games was what should have been 2 9-10 win teams smashing on a hope and a prayer 6-6 teams. This time it's more even and we might be the worse team.

I honestly don't know much about VT this season, except that they lost to SECE bottom feeder Tennessee.
