Guess it depends on your definition of elite.
I consider multiple P5 championships a criteria.
Harbaugh: 0
Richt: 2
Miles: 2
Dabo: 2
Combined, those four have played for 3 NCs (Miles in '07 and '11, Dabo in '15) and won 1 (Miles in '07) in a combined 45 full seasons at the P5 level (Dabo has a chance this year, provided he wins his 3rd ACC title, which is hardly a given).
Leslie is the only one that I think could arguably called 'elite'. If Dabo goes all the way this year I'd think he could also break into that status.

He has won multiple divisional titles in the NFL + made a superbowl and 3 NFC championships
