for all the dandy press we're getting and the run we are on, I figured it would begin paying dividends in recruiting earlier. Very few 4*, mostly 3*, and only one 5*. Maybe, as Pat Dye once said, "the big dogs walk late"?

We have the #12 class in the country with 10 spots remaining

It's like this every year. Auburn scoops up a healthy amount before the season and goes balls out after the regular season to snag higher ranked prospects.

Chris Peterson and Coach K talked earlier this week about high school recruits and they both agreed that these days kids love recruiting more than football.

And your post fairly misinformed.

We have 15 commitments and 9 are 4*+. Several of the 3* guys have 4* ratings by at least 1 scouting service and two guys are special teams specialists and those guys are never rated higher than 3*

Lol

Why don't you take another look at our class? We have more 4*s than 3*s

It's start of November and we have #12 class. We are right where we usually are despite battling a ton of negative recruiting. Sounds like u are looking for reasons to worry
