Florida championship scenarios:

1. 7-1 (28%)
2. 6-2 with a Tennessee loss (40%)

Tennessee championship scenarios:

1. 6-2 with a Florida loss (23%)

Kentucky championship scenarios:

1. 6-2 with 2 Florida losses (5%)

There are obviously other scenarios, but they are so unlikely that they aren't worth mentioning

So, would you take 20-1 odds on Kentucky winning the East right now?

I think I would.

We are nearly to November and there is a scenario with 5% likelihood that Kentucky wins the East.... my goodness the East is horrible.

In order for that to happen, TN would have to lose another game. I do not see that scenario at 40%. What were the factors for their equations ?

I would think UT at 6-2 with a Florida loss is the most likely scenario right now, I doubt Florida goes unbeaten the next 4 games, but hey, anything is possible. It's not like any team left on UF's schedule is a world beater according to the rant.
