I've got a few co-workers who are in Atlanta this week for Microsoft Ignite at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Can you let me know some good places to eat? Anything cool they may want to see in that area of town? Any areas/places to avoid?

Thanks in advance!

Ormsby's is a cool bar/restaurant in midtown one of my favorites. A lot of nice bars and restaurants in that area. Where are you staying, that will help too.

How much are you looking to spend on food? There is every type of food you could want in Atlanta and lots of really, really good options.

Stay at the Marriott right at the beginning of Peach Tree St. next to the Underground.

Go walk around at night.

Prosper!!!

be careful the further you head south and west.

depends on how touristy you want to be. IMO the CFB HOF is a little over priced for what you get, but might be a good time killer.

Tabernacle lineup this week if it interest you

I had no problem with service. then again i wasn't in a hurry and we drank at the bar before being seated. How much service do you really need at a burger place?

I didn't eat anything but Krogg street was pretty cool other than having to go through the ghetto to get to it.

You have to go through the Ghetto to get to everything in Atlanta

I need the waitress to not be a complete bitch to me. Thats really all I require. They can't seem to figure out how to do that. I am not a pain. I get the same thing every time have for years.
