Smith has legit 2nd day draft NFL talent. The rest of our oline isn't great SEC level talent. In over 40 years of watching Auburn, 3 games in, it is likely the poorest execution from oline I have ever witnessed. That might be Gus' fault for recruiting or developing, but it is a huge reason the play calling looks herp derp. Those same plays worked when he had NFL talent and all SEC talent on his line.

He could be a late 3rd round pick. And have a decent NFL career.
But that play Saturday where he was pulled to block Garrett is a routine NFL play. I've seen Peyton Manning's Colts do it countless times. It does not bode well that he cannot do that well. He looked just like Chad Slade vs. KeKe Mingo in 2011.
