If you mean by history and competitiveness, it's gotta be Ole Miss and Alabama.
They haven't played one another that much relative to other SEC series. And Alabama leads the overall series 48-11.

Right now I'd say the goal line

Honestly Tennessee's most "natural" rival in the strictest sense of the word is Vandy due to being in state. Followed closely by Bama. UF wasn't a rival till the 90s.

I'd say Alabama or Southern Cal

Any lineman. Doesn't matter if it's offense or defense. We apparently have neither.

UF actually has multiple rivals... Miami (although we stopped playing them every year), Georgia, Tennessee, LSU even Bama became a rival as we often met annually in the SECCG. By far the most hated is the girl school up north. Free shoes U students hate us more than anything because most of them got rejected admission into UF, so they carry a huge grudge for a lifetime. They hate us because they ain't us which makes them our most natural rival.

Nope.
LOL....It's the 3 longest rivalry in the history of college football. Tell me, are you denying the rivalry because you are pissed off about Texas leading the the all time series 76-37-5 or because they ran you out of the Longhorn Conference?
