Polygraphs are not accurate. I think a lot of people don't realize that. Polygraphs are Police tools used to try and put pressure on a suspect and make him crack. Serious scientists (psychologists mostly) will tell you that the test itself is a joke and has a high degree of inaccuracy. I am not saying Landon did or didn't do it, I am just saying I wouldn't put much stock into a polygraph by itself.
In any case, it's coming to the point where guys are going to have to start getting written permission from a girl like college students in California have to do now. If I were an athlete, I would require ID, a statement of consent and then would consult my attorney before the deed. I would then require a videotape of the "event" and send it to my attorney for safe-keeping (so it doesn't end up on Pornhub).
