Then you only watched one quarter of football last night. I would rank ole miss fourth, but only because a ucla reciever dropped an overtime touchdown.

Arkansas beat La Tech by 1 point. Don't fool yourself. Arkansas was just as unimpressive as LSU.

Two, nothing looks different with LSU to me anyway. I was really disappointed in them

Most disappointing has nothing to do with better team though.

LSU beats La Tech or Massachusetts last week, ark and UF likely are in a tossup if not a loss against Wisconsin the way they played La tech and Mass.
They should be same teir as far as how good they likely are. Middle of the pack SEC. Now I'd give ark and UF the nod in that teir until they lose.

I mean LSU was a huge disappointment, but is absolutely still a team that is favored against La tech and Mass

I don't see how anyone could rank OM above UGA or A&M at this point.

Because Ole Miss played a road game against a superior team than UCLA or UNC.

We'll see how TAMU and UGA fare in a hostile environment before crowning their arse.

Well, obviously.

But they completely imploded in the second half. It was a sight to behold.

OM's offense completely shut down in the second half, not just one quarter. You guys managed only 60 or so yards of total offense in the second half.

Thank you. I was wondering if I remembered the outcome of that game incorrectly.

That's true. It was a different offense once they got down and had to be one dimensional against an elite defense. The third quarter put us in a bad situation. Having said that, we were one under thrown ball away from scoring 14 fourth quarter points and taking a lead with five minutes to play.

If FSU doesn't set a school record for penalties, they lose in blowout fashion last night.

Your obsession with Ole Miss is borderline crazy MSU fan level. What's the deal?

As for the rankings, it's Alabama and then everyone else. That Bama defense looks incredible. They play fast, they're experienced and they tackle very well. As long as the offense doesn't make mistakes, I don't see anyone beating Alabama. After Bama there are probably 5 or 6 teams that are all lumped in together. As bad as UT and LSU looked, they still are incredibly talented and that can help them compete with anyone. I don't know how good UCLA is but A&M looked good. UGA looked good but Eason will have games where he plays like a freshman. We'll be able to put points on the board but our secondary is really really bad with Webster out. So pretty much, Alabama, and then everyone else.

Not bad. Based solely on week 1 and not on potential, I would have UF and UT lower.
