From the NCAA's Notice of Allegations:

"...violated the NCAA cooperative principle"

"...a failure to cooperate in an enforcement investigation"

There's about 10 more of these quotes in the NOA.

Not to mention, that if Ole Miss really was cooperating with the NCAA, then maybe they would have turned over those text messages from their own staff, rather than waiting for Tunsil's twitter account to get hacked on draft night.

But, no, we're supposed to believe it was the inept NCAA who couldn't find those texts. I guess they forgot to specify text messages in their requests for documentation from the AD.
