I'm a doctor.
I like what I do.
However, for college degree consider business degree with some classes in Quality Improvement and process management or maybe even a degree in "Industrial engineering".
It may sound crazy, but as a doc in my 50's I basically manage problems and people for about 50% of my day and clinical work for the other 50%. Whatever field you go into, it all eventually comes down to "Process".
So I don't know what the name of the degrees that include process improvement, change management, and these other things that I've had to piecemeal over the years, but at least consider taking a few courses about quality, process management, etc
