Maybe they could do like the NCAA academic requirements and have a sliding scale on the weight and bust measurements so that they could qualify a little above weight if they have bigger than usual boobs.
In any event, it's good to see that, even though old, fat strippers are apparently the biggest problem facing Louisiana right now, lawmakers are still hard at work improving on the Utopia they have created.

They never mention that when the street hawkers are trying to entice people inside with promises of "no c-section scars and no bullet holes".
