Obviously winning.

That has nothing to do with what I was discussing.

Low vs premier is quite different. Its in not West Coast beach, but it's not Starkville either.

Then just because you like Oregon doesn't mean everyone else does. Maybe if high school talents just love national forests or something, but otherwise its cold, rainy, and sunshine free more often than not.

I have no doubt that there are few folks in the world who would rather go to CS, TX than Eugene, OR, but not many. We can put you in that elite club and call it a day.
