We're #2 on 247 but it's way too early to pay attention to class rankings, especially for basketball.
Wiley just happens to be the only 5* commited anywhere at this point (according to 247 rankings)
The class we just signed was top 10 for a long time but finished #25 (which is still awesome for only signing 3 guys). So where we are now doesn't have much bearing. Looking at 247, Creighton is #4 with two 4 stars and an unranked guy. Arkansas is #5 one 4 star and one 3 star
To answer your question, idk how good scout is at basketball. I consider them the worst major service for football so I just kind of figured they sucked for basketball too. Just looked at their site and it's so shitty and hard to navigate I imagine they suck at evaluating too. Just stick with 247, their composite rankings make them the best.

I think ESPN and Scout do the best job with the elite players. None of the 4 recruiting sites have enough analysts to cover anywhere near all the rest though.
