On offense, we finally have a starting RB that is a fricking beast. FACT. We are going to feed JR down everyone's throats and make them like it. We finally have a Qb that can make accurate throws under pressure, isnt afraid to stay in the pocket and is a fricking gamer. Does he have limitations, sure. Height and arm strength. But he has heart and the will to win. I'll take that anyday. WRs are addition by subtraction. ie it cant be worse. OL is going to be good. Golson, Kozan, Xavier, Braden and Texas guy.
So in summation, we have a good defense, a great running attack and a serviceable passing game.
Miss State, Arkansas, aTm, Vandy & 3 powder puff games are guaranteed wins. Win 2-4 against LSU, UGA, Ole Miss and Bama and were at 9 with a bowl game for 10. Win 1 out of the four and we can get to 9 with a bowl game.

Not saying 9 is impossible but I will most definitely be pleased if we somehow pull it together.

Our 2010 defense was advanced stats rated top 10. We aren't having a top 10 defense GFY.

Sean White's <60% completion %, losing record and 1:4 TD to INT ratio seems to suggest none of this is true.

Agree. Tons of talent coming in. I just hope Gus gets the best guys on the field and doesn't favor tenure.

That's asking a lot. LSU is going to be nasty. Bama should only lose 1 or 2. UGA is stacked on defense. Ole Miss will be a top 10 team but I don't think Freeze can take them to the promise land aka SEC West.
I think 6 is our floor 8 wins is probably were we land and 9 would mean we beat Clemson or Bama or LSU.
