‘110 percent committed’ to Auburn, 4-star WR Noah Igbinoghene ready to run in two sports (SECCountry)

Noah Igbinoghene said the recruiting process was like a weight on his shoulders. But after his official visit to the Plains, the 4-star wide receiver feels light on his speedy feet and ready to take off with the Tigers.
“I’m 110 percent committed here,” Igbinoghene said last Sunday. “I didn’t think I was going anywhere anyway, but just to solidify it I’m not going anywhere. I’m glad it’s over with.”
Igbinoghene is currently Auburn’s lone wide receiver commitment for the class of 2017, which will officially sign next Wednesday. With 8 of Auburn’s top 10 receivers returning this fall, Auburn didn’t need to take a lot of talent at the position in this cycle.
But the Tigers knew they wanted Igbinoghene, an in-state star from Hewitt-Trussville High School. Igbinoghene committed on Thanksgiving Day last November, adding a versatile speedster to the class.
Over the weekend, Igbinoghene met with Auburn’s new offensive coordinator, Chip Lindsey, for the first time.
“Just talking to him the first time I saw him, he was just a very nice guy,” Lindsey said. “You can see he cares about all of us and loves all of us. I really like that. … I like (Lindsey’s passing game). I’m a wide receiver, that’s what we like to do.”
Igbinoghene’s excitement to hit the ground running with the Tigers comes in two sports, too. He will be on the Tigers’ football team and the track team. Igbinoghene spent some time during his official visit meeting with Auburn head track coach Ralph Spry and horizontal jumps coach Greg Stringer.
“I can’t wait to do track here, too,” Igbinoghene said. “(Spry is) a very nice guy. He jumped real far, and that’s what I want to do. He’s been there so he’s going to get me there.”

Uncommitted spotlight: Predictions on four Southeast prospects (Rivals)
quote:
4* LB Tyler Taylor
Despite being ranked in the Rivals250 for nearly a year, Taylor hasn’t received the type of publicity that other recruits have garnered. But with LSU, Oklahoma and Auburn all battling for his services, there’s no doubt he’s well deserving of attention. Taylor kept a low profile following visits to all three schools and right now all three view him as an important member of the class. However, Auburn has been the one consistent in his recruitment and after getting the last official visit, the Tigers have the advantage.
Prediction: Auburn
