Humility is defined as having a modest or low view of ones self importance.
Why the frick would anyone aspire to being humble/showing humility in their profession? If you are the most important player on your team, suggesting you don't hold that status is either lying or trying to mitigate blame
There is a difference between confidence and awareness of ones position and being an arrogant a-hole. You don't need to be humble to not be an a-hole

I agree, but I will say this...
The *one* genuflection that can be fairly made to the humility alter is to not take all the "credit" upon yourself. To share it with your teammates.
And Cam does that ALL THE TIME. He rarely toots his own horn ( ), always willingly giving the credit to other players on his offense and to the defense.
