I think he goes in the first 3 rounds so not really a steal.

Keith Marshall or Malcolm Mitchell on the other hand will be unmitigated steals. Both saw their immense talent buried on an awful offensive squad with a shitty OC

I agree 100% about Mitchell, a better prospect than Conley who was a 3rd rdr after blowing up the combine. Not sure at all about Marshall, he's a major crap shoot. Collins could be the 3rd or 4th RB off the board, not sure if he's underrated. Johnathan Williams could be a steal after sitting out the season, he had a better draft grade than Collins entering the yr.

Disagree on Marshall. I was never honestly impressed even pre injury. He is best on screens and slipping to ball to him in the flat in space. He is ineffective between the tackles. He doesn't have the size to be an every down back in college much less the NFL. Marshall will be a late round guy but most likely a UFA hoping to snag a practice squad somewhere.

Mitchell? Meh. He also isn't a fast as he used to be. Be isn't particularly a threat downfield. He doesn't win many jump situations and he isn't as aggressive to the ball as say Antonio Brown, BeBe Thomas. Mitchell is a slower less agressive Stephon Diggs. And don't blame Schotty...if a WR is as unmitigated talent as you propose he will find ways to get open. If he is really as talented as you have said he would've gotten open more. Like I said. He is not aggressive and slower post injuries this he doesn't get open. He will not be a good NFL receiver.
