Verne and Gary will get most votes but I like CBS' picture and just the feel, so they aren't the worst for me. Yeah Verne is an idiot and gets names wrong and Gary is a Yankee.
Rod Blamblett and Stan White are incredibly awful. There is no other college announcer teams in the nation that have ties to any other school who are more insufferable. I will say their melts are the best though.

Verne and Gary are the worst announcers I have heard. I would love to switch them with Al Michael and Chris Collinsworth for just one game to see how terribly they lack in quality.

Muss/Palmer.
I will give Palmer credit, Saturday night was the first time I had to listen to him for a full game this year and I think he has gotten a lot better.
Mussberger is senile and terrible, and not in an endearing way like Uncle Verne.

The worst announcer in the history of broadcasting is Brent Musburger.

All of the Fox Sports One (except for Gus Johnson) and Big 10 Network announcers are very boring to listen to.

Years ago when TBS had college football, Ron Thulin and Charles Davis (now with FOX) were the commentators.I liked them.I think Chip Caray called a game here and there for them too.

I like Verne and Gary alright. Announcers are allowed to make mistakes and you don't have to agree with them 100% to enjoy them.
The worst team I heard this year was Mike Patrick, Ed Cunningham and Dr. Jerry Punch. I think they may have been watching the wrong game, because they never seemed to know what had just happened. They called one of our players by a dozen different names and I don't think any of them were ever right.
