Clemson 11-0
Alabama 10-1
Iowa 11-0
Notre Dame 10-1
LSU 9-1
Michigan State 10-1
Oklahoma 10-1

They honestly would have a chance to make it to the playoffs if they would have kept their head on straight. I guess it isn't so easy to get a mulligan after all. I mean, Alabama took care of business after every single one of its losses the last 6 years. In fact, after losing a game in the regular season, Alabama has a record of 25-2 for the remainder of the regular season, dating back to 2008.

Makes you think.

You say this like they were tight games.

We've been blown out 3 games in a row. Against opponents we should, at worst, be able to hang with.

Maybe a chance but Sec was never going to get more than one team in the playoffs. Everyone outside of the Sec has a hard on trying to keep us out and we didn't really help ourselves in some of the OoC games.
