Zeke rushed for 11.5 yards per carry and Henry averaged 7.3.

Leaving out receiving stats when it's convenient

From reading your last couple of posts, I wasn't so sure.

RBs can't be weapons in the passing game?

With Ragland out for about 100 of his yards but ok

With the ridiculous amount of uber talented recruiting classes Bama annually pulls in, you would think depth wouldn't be such a concern.

I'm simply talking about rushing the ball.

Henry is talented and a nightmare if he makes it unscathed into the 2nd level.

I would take Ingram over him any day, though. And college Trent or Eddie Lacy too. Or Jeremy hill or Ridley.

Ultimately Henry is physically freakier Charles Scott/Glenn Coffee in my mind. A solid SEC RB who probably won't play much pro ball.

Derrick is a big kid and a great running back behind a good line (especially when they hold EVERY down).

Derrick also does not fumble the ball. Impressive.

That comparison is laughable. Henry is far more productive than Ridley was his best season.

DH doesn't have the cat like quickness that LF does but he has surprising speed. I'm really not sure who would win the 100 yard dash but LF probably gets to the first 10 faster.

The thing about it is if LSU's OL is so good and Bama's is so bad what does that say about them? Are they closer than it seems?

i still see visions of Henry running all over Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl. Had he been utilized more, Bama wins that game. He's a special player for sure and I am a fan of his.

Most of LF's highlight reels are him abusing someone in open space

Believe Fournette won the 100m state title his junior year of high school and qualified for the state final his senior year but pulled a hamstring and couldn't compete. He ran around a 10.6 in the 100m. He won the state title in the 200m. Think he may have also won the 4x100m. Henry's personal best in the 100m in high school was a 11.11, where he placed 7th in state. Henry can move for a guy his size but he's not as fast as Fournette.

I mean Fournette averages 60+ more yards a game than Henry. I don't think the difference in the OL for both schools would change much.
