for sure, and just because one is better than the other at whatever, doesn't mean i'm saying the other sucks in that area

everyone here is so black and white

henry is a beast in space, fournette has very good vision, but fournette is the better second level back and henry sees the holes (specifically on the interior line) better than fournette...that doesn't mean henry sucks in space or fournette has shite for vision

they both have good speed, I think fournette hits his top gear more quickly. my favorite part of him trucking that auburn dude is 1/10th of a second before that, if you pause it, there's no way that guy doesn't make that tackle, but then super fast, that guy is tackling air.

fournette is just so nasty in space, lateral movements are just as amazing as his ability to flatten someone or throw them off his back

but he doesn't come close to LF7's lateral movement.

Not many I've ever seen have been better than #7 at lateral cuts. Love Henry's game , however. Let's not forget that Henry was higher up on most Heisman list than Fournette prior to the season; along with Chubb.

Ummm, he is a Tulane fan.

Which means from 1990-2000 he was a Florida fan was well

And from 2000-2006 he rooted for Aubie

And from 2007-present he sports a crimson A next to his greenie weenie bumper sticker

Thus is the life of a Tulane fan

there are always a few, it's just they aren't anywhere close to as big as he is, and they can't almost simultaneously truck a defender like he was a toddler wearing a football uniform

actually, I've very much enjoyed watching LSU this season and I think they beat Alabama. I've also enjoyed watching Alabama.

two I formation teams with great runningbacks. I really just tuned in for fournette (as it concerns lsu) and have very much enjoyed watching Brandon harris move in the pocket and make good decisions outside of it

I have noticed that from the Tulane people in NOLA this year. The pure LSU hate and resentment doesnt seem to be there. Im guessing a local New Orleans kid being the huge star plays a part

there's never been resentment...the rivalry has been dead for decades...don't get me wrong, I'd love to get the band back together, but if LSU has a honey badger or fournette, I'll watch, enjoy and even find myself cheering for them to win.

same for bama though. I've had a blast watching them this year as well.

I mean, our only wins are maine and UCF, you think that is enough to sustain me, especially since I stopped watching the NFL (well, I guess I watch it through my fantasy app in a manner of speaking)

You've made a fool of yourself. Don't try to critique running backs ever again!

Ridley is averaging 4.3 ypc in the NFL. He rushed for ~1,150 yards behind a weak OL in 2010 at LSU. I would certainly put Ridley and Henry in the same caliber/bracket of SEC RBs.

Tier 0: Darren McFadden, Fournette, Trent Richardson, Chubb

Tier 1: Gurley, Jeremy Hill, Knowshon Moreno, Eddie Lacy

Tier 2: Alex Collins, Josh Robinson, Tre Mason, TJ Yeldon, Ingram, Ridley, D. Henry

Tier 3: Charles Scott, Michael Dyer, Mike Davis, Jonathan Williams, Jalen Hurd, Sony Michel

Tier 4: Get replaced by freshman and sophomores early in the season.

I actually don't feel like Henry has great vision between the tackles. He's quite good running behind a lead blocker, though. He would excel at LSU.. not that he hasn't at Bama.

Cmon, dh hasn't gotten to feast on the auburn defense yet. I think without that game lf7 is averaging a bit under 1 yard a carry

Ingram college career

I think you are under rating Bama running backs a tad

Their rush D is better this year man, don't kid yourself.

They've played 2 teams that can run the ball and both had success. If Jalen Hurd can run for 92 yards on 18 carries behind an oline with 2 true freshman I see no reason LF can't go for 150+ behind the best oline in cfb

Ridley running behind those great Bama lines would have put up almost identical numbers. He ran behind a terrible OL at LSU. You don't make it in the NFL without physical talent.

You don't really think Ingram or Henry are on the same level as the Tier 1 guys do you? The guys in Tier 1 are each insane backs. The guys in Tier 2 were great, just now as good as the Tier 0/1 guys.

.you're joking right
Henry got to run on a&m. A&M gave up 220 yards rushing to the 93rd ranked rushing offense of Ole miss. A&M run defense is worse than auburn
