What I'm asking is what is broken and how it should be fixed (by another coach). You say his problem is that his systems are broken, but what does that mean in terms of specifics? If you were getting a job evaluation and your boss said "you just aren't good", wouldn't you want to know exactly what you were doing wrong so you could at least try to fix it?

Again, I'm not saying CMR shouldn't be replaced by a different coach but I am also not an emotional bitch that makes decisions out of anger and frustration. I want big changes to come with facts to support them.

Just tell me that CMR doesn't play the best personnel and a better coach would do that (and give an example). Tell me that he mismanages the clock worse than Saban, doesn't push his players to practice, doesn't correct his position coaches when they are wrong, or keeps us from getting good recruits because he's got a terrible personality or is ignorant of real football.

What I'm reading is that people are pissed that our football team is losing and are demanding a change, as if we'll get better if we just replace the head coach.

If CMR was getting a job review with me it would start like this---"Since 2009 UGA teams are 5-16 against ranked teams. We pay you $5.4 million. Your job is to have a winning football program at UGA. You are not doing it."

That is about all you say to the top guys.

Should you have to tell a top guy how to build a program? Who is capable of telling him? No.

His job is to build the program--all of it. His job is to recognize the problems whether they be personnel or talent or whatever and correct them.

He is the "big cheese".

Who am I to say what this $5 million guy should do to get the results he is paid to do?

"What I'm reading is that people are pissed that our football team is losing and are demanding a change, as if we'll get better if we just replace the head coach."

it's 15 years worth of stuff which basically boils down to being unprepared, soft (mentally and physically) and rarely being ready for the moment.

teams take on the personality of their coaches. look at Harbaugh. granted he's a superstar. but he took an absolutely moribund Mich program and has them extremely competitive within 8 months of his arrival.

coach richt has some outstanding qualities, but they do not translate into consistently big football victories. if that is ok with our big donors and administrators, than we have to accept it. but the rank and file uga football fan is done with Richt as uga football coach.

You can't read worth a shite then.

Georgia should always, no matter what, be better than Tennessee, Missouri, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt.

In year 15, Richt should not be getting his shite pushed in by a fricking rookie coach.

There are so, so, so many built in advantages to being the head football coach at Georgia that there are no excuses, ever, to lose 38-10 at home or 27-3 (and counting) on a neutral site. Will a Richt defender please tell me why he should stay without using the word Eason?

What is broken? Recruiting...we suck hind tit in recruiting to the rest of the conference

What is broken? Coaching the talent you do manage to recruit....getting the most out of them.

What is broken....don't retain shitty assistants because you are too dam risk averse to try to better yourself

What is broken....be prepared....quit believing that big games are just another game...they can be if you win about as many as yo lose...but when you lose them all the big games are bigger than the games against Southern

What is broken? Fan base who has come to accept all of the broken shite

The question ain't what is broken...the question is what ain't broken.......
