Specifics. What--specifically--would/should a different coach do differently that would give us different results?

Be a leader for one thing. Be a manager.

Be McElewan. Be Saban. Be Miles.

They have systems. People know what to do, when to do it and are prepared to do it.

Right doesn't like coaching I don't believe. He like the checks. He likes the pedestal. He doesn't like the details. He does not make good hiring decisions. He does not install good systems. He can't instill excitement among these 20 year olds.

Not sure what this means. Leadership comes in different forms. Again, I'm wanting specifics. Everyone is saying he needs to be a better coach (or that we need a better coach), and while I'm not against canning CMR and getting someone else, I would like to know exactly (again, specifics) what he's doing that a different/better coach would do differently.
