For God's sake no more up and comers. The last two Jacobs has hired have been unproven. Go after a proven coach. Three steps to make Auburn strong and consistent:
1. Fire Jay Jacobs
2. Hire a professional competent AD
3. Go hire Gary Patterson
If he doesn't come I would then look at Fuente. He is a Patterson product and Patterson has said that he is the hardest working coach he has ever seen.

I say we hire Dan Merlins. Mississippi schools need to learn thier place again. Got Tubs from Ole Miss in a pine box.
