Sumlin stated post game that Hubenak played because he looked better in practice. Why is he 3rd team on the ATM depth chart then? Is Kyler in the doghouse for something? I don't believe for a second the kid Sumlin rolled out there is a better player than Kyler. ATM fans, what happened?

Kyler and Spav had words during the Bama game and he was apparently demoted to third string this past week in practice

A&M is in a dumpster fire right now
Sumlin made promises about playing time to Murray and his dad that he cant keep, Murray got verbally pissed off at Spav and got benched for a week...dude will probably transfer unless things turn around quick.

you want him to go to OU? From what I have seen from Murray he is not a college QB. Great in high school not so much in College.

I haven't heard that, but I hear his dad is shopping around. Wouldn't be surprised to hear several names including Oregon, Okie State, Oklahoma, and TCU.

I think he would tear it up in a spread option/triple options/veer type offense. Dude would rape at a school like GT, Georgia Southern, etc...

would that hurt or help A&M? I know the kid has skills but is he realistically a top tier college quarterback? Allen has at least one more year left and they can still get in another guy this year to put in line.

Yea you are right. I think he is a bit small to run OUs offense now that Riley has installed more of a pro style/ spread offense. he wouldn't fit at Baylor at all. Definitely fits well in an offense like GTECH or TCU.

Going back and looking at who they get as QB's you may be right. I like Art Briles and their offense.
