I must be cold hearted, but I didn't find him credible at all. It looked like a big act to me.

All this BS aside ... all I want to know is this:

Dude knew what he was doing was illegal. I hate it that he got caught because I am pulling for UF to have that cinderella season this year (now that I have nothing to be excited about for AU).

I am pretty sure this goes on at every major D-I football school. Some are better at not getting caught than others (ahem, bammer), but all of them do it. I mean every year I hear "so in so put on 40 lbs of muscle in the off-season" and I am thinking "Yeah, not without roids he didn't." I don't care if you are genetically gifted, you don't put on that much muscle without funny business. You just don't.

TL;DR -- Sucks you got caught bros.

For all the dumbass poster saying ligandrol isnt a steroid, you are technically right. It is a sarm. It acts the on the androgen receptors the same way steroids due just not to the degree they do and without the side effects. it is 100% a PED and is a grey market supplement. Meaning it is legal but not for what it is being advertised for.

Sarms are in the process of being developed by the big pharma companies as replacements for steroids. if he for one second thought ligandrol was ok to take he is an idiot.

also he is an idiot for getting caught. the detection time on a sarm is days. he knew he was going to be tested and took it anyways. Either he is stupid because he took something without knowing what it really was(ignorant as frick) or he is a dumbass for thinking he wouldn't get caught(arrogant as frick).

With a half life of 24 hours he couldn't have taken it too long ago... I'd guess. Say you took 10 mg and in 24 hours you had 5 still in you. Another 24 hours you'd have 2.5 and so forth. From I can find out it's not an GNC product. who the hell knows.

Sad for UF. We needed an excuse for when we lose to LSU.

its not about the half life, its about how long the metabolites are detectable. But im pretty sure its still only a couple of days.

So the guy put on 47 pounds of muscle in one year and thought nothing was amiss. Okay...
Training staff should have caught that shite. And "if" the training staff changed with Muschamp getting fired then the new staff should have picked up on it.
