Those posters never show up after a game like we had. Odd.

right, just land a "decent coach"..

this really hasn't been a "down year" for Mizzou, we have as good a QB as we have seen, his inexperience doesn't outweigh what he has brought in skill, and the Dline is still playing at the level nobody thought it could. So yea, it's a nice excuse that this is somehow a "rebuilding" year, but the fact is, it's not going to get better than this, next year will see most of the Oline turn over and when teams like UGA or FL start getting the coaching their talent needs, it's gonna be more long days for Mizzou.

tell us about how "underrated" Pinkel is for not winning a conference in 15 years.

I lived in Columbia Missouri in the 1980s and 1990s. Compared to everything that's happened at Mizzou football since 1969, four conference title game appearances - 2 in the Big 12 and 2 in the SEC - is better than anything the 5 Mizzou head coaches prior to him came remotely close to.

There are still SEC teams, original members mind you, that have NEVER made the SEC championship game. Ole Miss, Kentucky, etc. There are others still who have been here much longer and NEVER won an SEC conference title.

I've learned over the years of being a Mizzou fan that people should be careful what they wish for. I'm gonna go on a limb and assume you are relatively young, just because nobody who lived through the 1980s and 90s era at Mizzou could conceivably talk the way you do. So take it from someone who saw the "FIRE WARREN POWERS!" stuff. Take it from someone with experience:

Be. Careful. What. You. Wish. For.

Believe me, no one outside of this blathering idiot wants to get rid of Pinkel.

This is the youngest two deep we've ever had under Pinkel and the offense is shitting the bed. It is what it is. Most of our fans do not have our program confused with being a blue blood and realize that down years happen. They suck, but they happen.

LMFAO.

At this point in his development Lock is nowhere near the best QB we have ever seen. Not even close. He has a chance to develop into one of the greats, but to say that right now is really naïve and an insult to a whole lot of accomplished Mizzou QBs.

You really are way out there in a bit of a fantasy land on this one. I'd suggest you have a few bloody marys and recover from last night's bender, take a walk outside and take a look around for something called "perspective." In the meantime, you are at least a Mizzou fan so that's a positive. I'm out.

sure because as the East reloads with better coaches we should sit pat and finish .500 and be happy to go to 6 win bowl games? Why not, Kentucky has already passed us which tells you why just sitting still is not really an option in the SEC.

There it is!! I remember and lived through our long walk in the wilderness and it wasn't fun. Jag is young, dumb, and full of piss and vinegar. Life experience means nothing to him, of course, when he has that under his belt in the future, it will mean something. No advice and reasoning will help him until he learns life's lessons himself.

The two win Kentucky isn't generally the norm. Under Brooks they went to multiple bowls (and won).

Kudos for attempting to educate with tact and style.

Disrespecting his own fan-mates is a sign of severe immaturity...sometimes ya just have to let them make their own mistakes.

Been an LSU fan since my first game in TS in 1980.
I remember that endless wilderness very, very well.

Nope, we shouldn't sit pat. We should fire our all time winningest coach who is coming off two straight division championships.

That's what we should do.

yea an LSUer is an "expert" on Mizzou no doubt.. watching idiotards claim Pinkel is some great ball coach is amusing though, I'm sure you're one of the morons that think he's somehow "under rated".

He's not young though. He's a bitter old man.

He's like our version of scrooster, only MUCH dumber and instead of flaming other fanbases he flames his own.

A bitter old man lashing out with juvenile name calling? You can't get much more pathetic than that.
