The DL was in our FR QB face before the ball got to him on most plays. There were gaps in the OL you could drive a toyota thru. When the OL got close enough to somebody to actually block him they would just stick out an elbow and then run after them.
We start five seniors on the OL and a couple will make the NFL.
Who get's to take responsibility for that?

I'm not one to go overboard defending Pinkel or his coaches but sometimes you just get beat. Ole Miss got housed last week by this team worse than we did. And Ole Miss scored 45 on Bama. It all balances out at the end.
Remember too when benching Mauk was supposed to solve every offensive problem EVER? Whoops...

I know right and the guy(or one of them) who supposedly coached them up is the OC, Henson, but they or you want to fire the guy that just came in last year, Ricker.

I always thought Pinkel was a good coach. Won the East a couple times, did good in the Big12. Had some real dangerous teams around 2007.

I would gladly send them Pinkel, the only coaches I want to keep are Odom (DC), Kuligowski(DLine) and our strength coach, you can have the entire rest of the lot.

They'd probably be right. For as shite as Muschamp was on offense, they still had very good defensive talent. I don't think anyone expected Grier to be ahead of schedule. shite happens. UF is generally pretty dominant and it was just a matter of time before they landed a decent coach (which their AD has a record of doing) to bring them back to success.
Harris is going to be a fantastic defensive player. Lock is going to be a good QB. Towles struggled against UF's defense and he's certainly not shite.
The reality is you're having a down year after two pretty good seasons. And unless you're someone like Alabama, down years generally mean breaking in younger talent for better or worse.
And unless you're landing someone Saban-esque, you'd be functionally retarded to fire Pinkel.
