There's two, one free, one 99 cent.
Yeah, I downloaded the free one.
Edit: The free one doesn't use the standard emoji procedure (tap the emoji to place it on the keyboard). After tapping the emoji's on the free app, it copies them to the buffer and you have to paste them to the message area.
