Which deal would you make:
1) Your team win a national championship but then experience 20 years of losing seasons
2) Your team does not win a national championship, but experiences 20 years of nothing less than 11 win seasons.

I think Gus Malzahn and Saban already have.

Either option is good for an ole miss fan. The devil isn't negotiating from a position of strength here.

are you asking people if they want to be georgia or not?

You know what I'd do? I'd take that deal 'n' crawfish, then drill that ol' Devil in the arse.

This is more or less for fans of teams that haven't won a national championship in football, or haven't experienced one for decades.
The Devil (ie. Saban) simply feels sorry for us and is willing to let us choose one option.

#1 sounds like us
#2 sounds like UGA

hmmm...seems if you had 20 straight years of 11 win seasons the recruiting would be pretty good. should be able to win a natty after the deal is over.
i'll go with number 2. so maybe natty in 21 years and 20 great seasons instead of 1 natty and eternal damnation.

We'll take option #3 - a former volleyball player, with a major rebuild please.

back to OP..
I tend to always go option 1 on things like this because title trumps all, but 20 years is a loooooong time to have losing seasons eveyr time. AFter like 3 years that title will be distant in people's minds, and after 20 you're probably so deep down in a hole that your program might not recover.

I can't. Just like I can't point out your national championship within that time frame (21 years)

My team generally experiences major success. Sucks to be mizzou and deal in these shitty hypotheticals.

Can SC apply their 20+ years of losing seasons as previous credit???

And I hate to say it, but just 7 bad years has been hell and I can't imagine the possibility of 13 more. Although a title is awesome, I would have to go with door #2 at this point.
