When time is pertinent in life threatening situations it doesn't fricking matter. Quit trying to justify making a stupid statement. I don't give a frick what's tweeted / reported if it can paint some sort of the unknown threat as long as a suspect is at large / active.

With as many guns as there are in the United States, I fear any gun control policy would fail miserably and create an uproar that would put more folks in harm's way. I don't have a better answer, though.

Shouldnt have said second shooter, got excited there, but my girlfriend, whose office overlooks the drillfield, said there was a gunshot and everyone started running and screaming.
