Maybe the AJC has found a new way to survive(at least on the sports side)...

I've been really impressed with their rollout & line-up of bloggers. Their info, articles, interviews & amount of content have been 1st class. Seth, Jeff, Chris & even Chip have been bringing it...

FWIW... 247 has started deleting threads linking to their site... very telling IMO...

It's been fantastic, so far. I usually have reservations, historically, linking to AJC stuff, but I've been pleasantly surprised. If it weren't for the personnel doing the posting, I'd never know that it was the AJC. Good on them for keeping Schultz and Bradley away.

Can't bring myself to ever read that paper again. I'm loyal to my stubborn ways.

You going to ULM game? Might stop by, rob the bank, and steal a drink

The comment section cleaned up substantially. Most of the old low brow commenters can't figure out how to get on facebook and create an account.

I never read the AJC so I didn't know it was a thing. Just added it to my favorites. Pretty good site

the only thing I don't like about it is there is no longer links to Mark Bradley and Jeff Schultz's columns

Hopefully that will change as the season approaches, Schultz's "Weekend Predictions" column is one of my favorite things to read during football season, I even used to like it when he called us the "Trembling Chihuahuas" during the Ray Gump years...
