In raw numbers. In state enrollment has been roughly the same for the last 10 years or so while out of state enrollment has been the cause of the increase in enrollment.


Thanks for a good, factual answer. Makes sense, more money for the out of state fees.

This should be a solid conversation between UA and AU alums. We are in the same boat with our state government.

Here is the flaw in that plan. In order to educate those 18K new out of state students, new roads, dorms, labs and academic halls had to be built. Who paid for that infrastructure ? Out of State Tuition does not factor in new construction.
