but Tulane's AD said that MSU wasn't "attractive enough" which led to them canceling the 2016 game and paying $350k. Geez, State was #1 in the country for half the season last year and we're still not attractive enough for a regional AAC team.

Since 2006, y'all have played more road games against non-Power Five schools than y'all have played out-of-conference Power Five schools in the regular season. Y'all are the only SEC school to play at UAB, at Troy, at South Alabama, and at Middle Tennessee State.

Let's see who Tulane puts in our place & whether it is a Home game; but, I think they saw the beating Southern Miss took last year, and are trying to avoid the same.

Athletic Director Rick Dickson knows what ol dicky likes. He's a real straight shooter, a man's man if you will. Them ol bulldogs ain't gonna bend over and take it from Tulane I guess, and ol dicky respects that.

That's Tulane's loss. Yes,they have a nice stadium now and the vass emptiness isn't what the Dome would show. But Tulane getting out of Miss State is shooting themselves in the foot. This has to be their way of trying to get back at the SEC for LSU and Alabama in the last few years for buying them out.

The problem is that Mississippi is probably the worst state in the country and yet it attempts to field two SEC west schools. One of them is a shitty school with generally shitty athletics.

Tulane must think they are better than UAB, Troy, South Alabama, and Memphis who have all been gracious enough to put their embarrassment aside to let MSU play in their stadiums
