I eat well all the time, so I'm not sure what my insides are disagreeing with. Last night I had rustic tomato soup, sea bass, and a Caesar salad for dinner.
That's pretty normal.
But today my arse is leaking greenhouse fumes like a herd of cattle.

The worst fart I've ever had was after I ate some BBQ pork, scrambled eggs, and a Fiber One protein bar for breakfast. Never, ever combine those for breakfast because you will be filled with gas of the devil all day.

Yeah I ate a big ole mess of butter beans last week and I was deadly to be behind for 2 days
