Cool idea, but is that legal? Seems like a liability issue. Hope he's got a nice insurance policy.

saw it on sharktank. he said as long as you are restrained in the bed of a truck, you are totally legal.

But in wrecks or rollovers I would not trust it. FYI, no sharks gave him a deal
