Auburn basketball highest ranking in ap poll since 2000: 24th in

2003. Actually, 2003 is the only time since 2000 that auburn has even been ranked. It doesn't matter though because "only bammers live in the past".

Bruce pearl and the auburn tigers are gonna put a beat down on bama tomorrow night like its 1998... They beat bama 94-40 that year but bama beat em in tuscaloosa

That was a good team and fun to watch. Marquis Daniels was awesome. They lost in the Sweet 16 to the eventual National Champions, Syracuse, who was led by Carmelo.

How in the name of everything holy do you beat a team 94-40 and then lose later to the same team? Tuscaloosa must have been a great home court advantage that year...
