John Chavis - linebackers
Terry Price - defensive ends
Mark Hagen - defensive tackles

Have we talked about this and I missed it. Seems like pretty big news to me.

I suppose we have to draw our own conclusions about this change. One would be Chavis feels the front four ought to be solid, so he can delegate control of that unit. But he thinks the linebackers need to be coached up the most, so will handle that, himself. If so, I can understand why he would feel that way.

I wonder if this means he has confidence in the secondary? I worry about that unit.

hmmm...I guess this was given to me. As someone noted, Hagen has coached DTs for a really long time (longer than he coached LBs) and Chavis has always coached LBs. I assumed this shift I guess. Also, Price coached DEs only most of his time for Tuberville.
