Orgeron won 3 SEC games in his first two years.

I know Muschamp fits that bill at Auburn, wondering how many other schools have assistants who were more successful at HC than the current guy in charge at Arkansas

Kiffin took a 5-7 dumpster fire Tennesee team to 7-6 and a bowl in one season. Also UT's last .500 or better conference record.

He'll probably secure a long tenure at Arkansas just by owning LSU.
