I find my trajectory has declined as I've gotten older, is this normal?

Take some liquid Zinc for a few days. Ropes for days.

The older I get the more random they become in trajectory. I also think mine are a good 40 years older than me. They are basically power walking anytime before 8am or after 8pm.
