Yeah, I'm disappointed that we lost, but it doesn't change my view that this season has been a success. We got to a bowl game despite having the toughest schedule in college football with a team that went 3-9 last season.

Agreed. Total success. Except, I might say that auburn had a tougher schedule. They played kansas state rather than texas tech.

I melted in the immediacy after the game mostly because the blown 4th quarter lead brought back memories of the others, but this was undeniably a hugely successful season and a huge step in the right direction.
To say that Bert isn't building a solid foundation and has us ahead of schedule is to deny reality.
