I've heard that the team in general has a lack of motivation because "the best players will play" line is pretty much bullshite with this staff. They see young players that are better in practice and never play in the game.
In short, our staff plays older guys for no other reason than they are older and it has caused a complete lack of motivation.

From what you saw today, which younger players should be playing more that aren't besides White?
