No doubt. He gave a lot of opposing SEC teams fits. He never beat Alabama during his four seasons at Arkansas but not many other SEC teams beat Alabama either.
ETA: There were things I didn't like about Bobby Petrino but winning SEC games wasn't one of them.

He was also 2-2 against Houston Nutt, and almost lost to Ole Miss' worst team ever.
