That's why I have maintained for a while that we should have an 8 team playoff with the poer 5 champs getting an auto bid and 3 wildcards. Sure 9th on down will be pissed they were not selected but with 8 teams you get more of a true champ than 4 or 2. Anything more than 8 dilutes the meaning of the regular season way too much.
