I went into every game hoping for the best, knowing the worst was coming, and went golfing at the half.

South Carolina becomes relevant for not even half a decade and suddenly forgets how they dealt with the rest of their football history?

I went hunting/fishing every weekend & tried to distance myself from football. Ive never experienced that kind of letdown as a fan.

Lots of Beer helped too

Mainly meant at disappointing versus the preseason hype once you knew the team sucked compared to expectations. You could include the last Nutt years and advise based on those feelings that year if that helps jog memory of how you coped.
