It's a fun board. 7'6".
I could care less about race jokes. I just thought that I remembered SBJ hammering you for some racist comments. This place seems to be swifter with the hammer than Single Barrel Jack ever was.
I'd hate for you to find out how fast they are over a bit of good natured ribbing, especially before you are able to thwart Alapaha's evil sheneighans. Maybe he is Gata.
Would that be a twist....gata's everywhere.

A beginner/intermediate/all-around surfboard. Nothing fancy. Longer than some, but not a "long board" Wider than some for added stability at the expense of maneuverability.
It's the first that I've built. Went to the beach and saw the cosmos in the waves. Never surfed. Wanted to surf. Did surf. Loved to surf.
Stopped building paddleboards for a while to focus on hollow wood surfboards for a bit. I happy with this first attempt. The FCS II system was a challenge, but I got them in there.
I'm thinking Belize eventually...

I was at American Beach around a month ago, so yes. I took my daughter and her hollow wood paddle board down to paddle around. It's a small 8' X 31" X 4.5" that I built for someone under 120 lbs.
I have been mainly taking these boards down to Ginnie Springs and camping, paddling down the Santa Fe.
That said, I'll hit you up on here when I get it ready to go and decide to head that way. I have more polyester resin on order to apply the gloss coat. I have it hot coated and sanded as we speak. It's why I am on here and not in my shop. Nothing to do but sit around and design the next build in my CAD software. I am anxious to see how this design rides...

The surf this weekend had real potential, but the winds absolutely slashed the breaks - my son and I got out for a bit, but just got frustrated with it. We'll be getting some better surf soon, I'm sure of it - got about another month before the suits have to come out.
