Yeah, gotta have a cup of coffee in the morning, jump starts the digestive system.

At my work we had a coworker have a bad incident with ambien. They were at a hotel and he was nervous about the work he had the next day and took one to get some sleep. Next morning he failed to show up and so they went to check on him. It was a bad scene evidently in his room, he was naked, belligerent and I think he had torn his room apart. He did snap out of it though but I believe it cost the company a lot of money (think high six figures) and I think could've cost him his career but they pinpointed it back to ambien and gave him a pass and short leash... and told us not to take it. I'm telling this 2nd... no wait... 10th hand but I believe its mostly right.
So now I have to get more creative about why I tear my hotel rooms apart.

Decaf does the same wonders on the digestive system. Just saying.

I took Ambien a few years ago when I was having some chronic pain issues. It really helped me fall asleep, but I never found it restful sleep. just deeply unconscious then awake.
I take a 5 mg melatonin + 1 benadryl
Sleep like a baby.
