I know as a bama fan I'm supposed to down vote and criticize you, but as I too had to endure something similar this weekend, I got to say spot on. Watched the game at a tailgate and they had the volume muted so we didn't have to hear Verne. We listened to Eli call the game, which is fine, but he was ahead of the tv so we knew what happened before it happened and every play I had to get an ear full of analysis. I hate how fans that have a good team think they're experts too. Most was either baseline knowledge screamed at me or just wrong and it can ruin your enjoyment of the game.
