Would Bama be beating their chest like they are now, if they beat Kentucky in the same manner ? UF is essentially Kentucky, without an Offense. Bama beat the ghost of UF.

Nailed it. Answer being, no they wouldn't.
UF is crippled, nobody should be beating their chests in pride.

Kentucky had some impressive stats against UF, and unlike bama, they earned theirs in the Swamp, not the comfy confines of Bryant Denny.

The Kentucky QB put up 368 (or about that), in the air (Swamp)
Sims puts up around 450 (BD).

Any bama fan who's not drinking the Kool Aide would know bama is not going to dismantle the rest of the SEC the way they (and Kentucky) did to UF.

I love this, because the entire premise basically hinges on the notion that Kentucky couldn't have possibly improved, and that K-State couldn't have possibly been overrated.
